RETURN POLICY:
Opened stencils may not be returned. Please check your order prior to opening or using your stencil. Any unopened item must have prior approval before a return and arrangements made within 15 days of receipt of the product. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Merchandise must reach us in undamaged resalable condition. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted.
To return an unopened product you must receive prior authorization by calling (919) 732-6372.
SHIPPING:
All in stock items will be shipped in 3-5 days. Back ordered items usually ship in 15 days.
CURRENCY:
All prices are in US currency. We accept credit card orders via the internet.
Currently all shipping will be done with DHL. Rates have not been established as yet for each state.
